meet briana lynn
I’m the type of person who loves a new pack of pens, a strong cup of coffee and an event to coordinate.
I’m from Hallock, MN and was heavily involved in my community, church and school while growing up - helping with American Cancer Society Relay for Life fundraising events, to re-starting a youth group program that met every other week and organizing mission trips for local youth, to contributing to a BEST robotics team that advanced to the regional competition twice and national competition the only year that they hosted it, to serving as a mentor to the FIRST Lego League team… all while maintaining my status on the honor roll and graduating salutatorian. It’s pretty safe to say that I have thought of my self as an organizer for as long as I can remember.
I completed my bachelor’s degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead in communication studies while remaining active on campus through residence life and the communication studies program. I was blessed to be involved with the Bison BEST Robotics program after high school, serving in the awards and judging coordinator, volunteer coordinator and eventually the hub director / regional hub director roles. While living in Bemidji, MN, I became quite involved with the Chamber of Commerce and their events - primarily by serving on the Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival and Lake Bemidji Winterfest planning committees. I have also been honored to have served on the Boys & Girls Club of the Bemidji Area annual gala committee for the past 4 years.
I’ve currently moved back to the Fargo-Moorhead community, serving as an events manager at a local college and pursuing my passions of event coordination and design work with events + designs by briana lynn. When I’m not busy coordinating a project, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially if it is on the pontoon! I’ve recently added a new member to the family, an energetic and handsome mini golden doodle, Ollie!
